Where do we work?
We provide professional British Sign Language interpreting services across healthcare, public services, education, and the private sector. Our agency ensures ethical, person-centred communication for community organisations and businesses.
What to expect
Response Times
We aim to respond to all booking requests within 24 hours. Our team will review your requirements and contact you to discuss the most suitable interpreter for your specific needs.
Booking Confirmation
Once we have secured a qualified interpreter, we will provide you with a formal booking confirmation. This includes all necessary details for your appointment, including the interpreter's name and contact information.
Qualified Interpreters
You can be assured that all of our interpreters are fully qualified and professionally registered with the NRCPD or RBSLI. With this in mind, we also don't simply allocate the next available interpreter - we carefully match each booking based on continuity of care, specialist skills, experience, additional qualifications, suitability for the setting, and the preferences of those involved, wherever possible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us manage interpreter availability and, where possible, offer the interpreter the opportunity to accept other work.
Please note that cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice given. You can find full details of our cancellation charges and terms on our Policies & Procedures page.
